Deep Tissue
An invigorating massage which focus’s on breaking down adhesions of the deeper muscles by applying compression and pressure onto the muscles. An excellent massage choice for addressing chronic muscle soreness or general stiffness and tightness, resulting in increased range of movement which is also detoxifying and stimulating.
£50 for 60 minutes / £65 90 minutes
Myofascial Release
Fascia is your internal superhero. It is a single sheet of connective tissue found throughout your entire body, from head to toe and entwined in every single nerve, muscle, organ and blood vessel. It is a 3D body map of your entire being. Fascia holds memory (both muscle and emotional) and when you have adhesions in the fascia it can cause restrictions in movement, emotional upheaval, pain, lethargy and so many more problems. Myofascial release is a unique set of techniques that focus’s on breaking down adhesions and relaxing the fascia to restore your health both emotionally and physically. This is not your typical “massage”. The positions and movements for this massage are held for a minimum of three minutes and up to nine in some cases to allow the fascia adhesions to break down, melt away blockages and allow it to relax.

Indian Head
This massage has its roots in India where it is a common part of daily life. Focusing on the upper back, neck, head and face, this massage really promotes relaxation as well as healthy hair and skin. By massaging the scalp, fresh blood full of oxygen and nutrients floods the area aiding with skin and hair care. It also does not require de-robing so can be performed over a vest or light top and can be performed almost anywhere! Most importantly, it feels absolutely amazing! A firm favourite with many.
£25 for 30 minutes / £35 for 45 minutes

If you are suffering from aches and pains in certain places, you could benefit from a combination of different techniques and approaches to address this. Maybe a little fascia break down to ensure best outcome, deep tissue on stubborn adhesions with a relaxing holistic to sooth and unwind after? These massages are tailored to your individual and unique needs because no body is the same!
£50 for 60 minutes / £65 for 90 minutes
Please note that there will be a compulsory and free consultation with all new clients by phone/video call where we can go over your medical history and needs before any massages will be performed. Massage is not suitable for everyone and it’s important to ensure you are able to have these treatments without medical issues arising or flaring up and determine if medical consent would be required. These usually take approximately 15 minutes. New male clients will only be accepted via referral from existing clients or people known to me.

I operate a mobile massage service around the Trinity Broads area of the Norfolk coast. Areas within the blue circle of the image show the areas that I cover for free (for example, Hemsby, Caister, Filby, Ormesby, Martham). Anything outside of that 5 mile radius will be an additional £5 per every 10 miles on top of the massage cost.
